Business Development Executive – Social Media & Partnerships

Other Jobs To Apply

This Is Not a Setter Role

This is a hunter + cultivation role.

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded sales professional who knows how to build relationships, qualify opportunities, and generate revenue through social media.

If you’ve worked as a setter before, great—but this role goes far beyond setting appointments.

You’ll own conversations from first contact through qualification, close collaboration partnerships independently, run discovery calls with qualified prospects, and advance larger opportunities to leadership for final close.

Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and other social platforms are simply your primary sales channels.

We’re looking for someone who sees every DM, every comment, and every interaction as a potential business opportunity—not just another message to respond to.

Who Thrives Here

You naturally look for opportunities.

When someone comments on a post, you wonder if they’re a potential customer.

When someone sends a DM, you think about how to build a relationship.

When someone asks a question, you look for the commercial opportunity.

You don’t wait for leads to become obvious—you uncover them.

You enjoy talking to founders, executives, and business owners.

You like winning.

You like ownership.

You want your compensation to reflect the revenue you generate.

We don’t measure success by messages sent or hours worked. We measure success by relationships built, opportunities created, and revenue generated.

Compensation

Base Salary

  • $3,000–4,000 USD/month (based on experience)

Performance Compensation

  • Uncapped performance-based compensation tied directly to revenue generated.
  • Realistic on-target earnings: $8,000–10,000+ USD/month.
  • Top performers will have significant opportunity to grow compensation as the role expands.

Schedule

  • Full-time remote position.
  • Working hours should substantially overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours.
  • Some evening and weekend responsiveness is expected when business opportunities arise through social media.
  • We measure results, not hours—but this role rewards urgency, ownership, and responsiveness.

Qualifications

Required

  • Idiomatic level written and spoken English.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, account management, or another client-facing commercial role.
  • Demonstrated experience qualifying prospects and moving opportunities through a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with founders, executives, and business owners.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred

  • Experience selling through Instagram, LinkedIn, email, or other digital channels.
  • Hospitality, travel, SaaS, agency, consulting, creator economy, or professional services experience.
  • Experience using GHL or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience managing inbound sales pipelines and follow-up processes.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you’ll own:

  • Social media community management across Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Qualification of inbound opportunities.
  • Closing multiple collaboration partnerships per month independently.
  • Discovery and qualification calls for Oasi’s higher-ticket services.
  • CRM ownership and pipeline management.
  • Proposal coordination and follow-up.
  • Surfacing qualified opportunities to leadership for final close.
  • Helping build repeatable systems that turn audience engagement into revenue.

Who Thrives Here

You are:

  • Highly competitive and naturally driven by results.
  • Comfortable with performance-based compensation.
  • Energized by building relationships and creating opportunities.
  • Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for direction.
  • Curious, resourceful, and constantly looking for ways to improve.
  • Motivated by building something, not simply completing assigned tasks.

Who This Isn’t For

This role is probably not a fit if:

  • You’re looking for a traditional virtual assistant, setter, or inbox management role.
  • Your background is primarily content creation, graphic design, or social media management with little commercial or sales experience.
  • You need detailed instructions before taking action.
  • You prefer routine over ownership.
  • You aren’t excited by revenue generation and performance-based compensation.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule
