About Company

REM Acquisitions helps homeowners across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware find a better way forward when a traditional listing isn’t the right fit. We work directly with sellers facing foreclosure, inherited properties, difficult tenants, or a need to sell fast — walking them through their options honestly and connecting them with a solution that actually works for their situation, minus the stress of the open market.

Every offer we help bring to the table is backed by a rigorous evaluation of the property and local market, so homeowners know they’re dealing with people who’ve done the work and operate in good faith.

Beyond helping homeowners, we partner with contractors to renovate the properties we help move and provide private financing to other investors — strengthening the communities we work in one property at a time.

We’re a fully remote, fast-moving team that communicates constantly and holds a high bar for how we treat sellers, contractors, and partners alike.
