Location: MISSOURI,MANCHESTER  (Remote)
Contract 16 months

Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Responsibilities: • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document need Qualifications: • Degree in Business Management or other related discipline • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certifications • Proven working experience in project management • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
The Project Leader leads the execution of medium to large-scale projects by defining and executing activities to deliver on scope. Lead specific workstreams or projects with clearly defined scope and oversight by defining and managing project activities, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with business and technology goals. This role supports both traditional (waterfall) and agile (iterative) delivery models, facilitating planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams. In an agile environment, the Project Leader leads periodic planning, standups, and managing dependencies. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to support business leaders and ensure successful delivery on outcomes

  • Lead the planning, organization, management, execution, and delivery of large, enterprise project initiatives.
  • Enterprise projects include initiatives with multiple stakeholders / sponsors, large project teams (usually in multiple locations), operating across the enterprise ecosystem and involving multiple business units
  • A trusted partner to all stakeholders and ensure alignment vertically and horizontally as change occurs.
  • Performs project and change management responsibilities related to projects spanning multiple business functions;

  • Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program / project goals
  • Partners with Project Managers, department heads, leaders in various functional areas as required

  • Reviews project deliverables for accuracy and provides assistance and mentoring to others

  • Establishes major milestones, dependencies between functional project plans and / or areas, builds over-arching schedule, and adoption and benefit realization plans

  • Quantifies accurate levels of risk to the program / project and can articulate impacts to the business while developing risk mitigation strategies or solution options
