Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails on behalf of NoGigiddy and partner clients in a courteous, professional manner
  • Screen and route inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and send confirmation communications
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up on all open items
  • Maintain a virtual front desk presence during designated business hours
  • Update contact records and intake forms using our CRM tools
  • Handle a high volume of communications efficiently without sacrificing warmth or accuracy

Requirements

  • No degree required
  • Prior customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across channels
  • Comfortable with basic scheduling software, Google Workspace, or similar tools
  • Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset or microphone
