How you will make an impact

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like

  • Recruit, train and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring process, metrics, and compliance are achieved to Hilton\'s set standards.
  • Assess skill gaps to maximize productivity and service.

How you will collaborate with others

  • Will work with clients on a recruitment strategy to establish market-specific recruitment initiatives.
  • Develop and implement new procedures with ROC leadership.

What deliverables you will take ownership of

  • Utilize an applicant tracking system to evaluate applicants in response to job postings, conduct screening interviews and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Ensure that minimum qualification standards are established before posting positions. The Team Member will post positions internally, externally, and with commercial job sites.
  • Administer background checks, drug testing, and employment authorization verification. Extend job offers and close out positions upon completion of all required notes and final dispositions.
  • Develop a stacked pipeline of quality talent through different methods and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions.
  • Train hiring managers at Hotels and Business Leaders to ensure recruitment needs are adequately assessed and met.

Why you\'ll be a great fit

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • One (1) year experience managing a team of 5-10 people
  • Two (2) years of high-volume recruiting experience
  • Two (2) years of hospitality experience in an operational leadership role
  • Travel: Up to 20%

It would be useful if you have:

  • One (1) year of experience working with applicant tracking systems
  • Proficient in Spanish
  • Candidates will be based remotely in Eastern time zone
  • Experience working with EEOC, ADA and employment laws
