Assist in the planning and execution of facility maintenance and improvement projects. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Conduct research and analysis to support facility management decision-making. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective facility operations. Participate in facility inspections and audits to identify potential issues and recommend solutions. Utilize technology and data to track and monitor facility performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives. Provide support for day-to-day facility operations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Contribute to the development and maintenance of facility management documentation and records. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance facility management processes. Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives to reduce the company’s environmental impact. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of services.
