We are seeking to fill the position of Ecommerce Specialist. This position will support the
operation, optimization, and growth of our presence across major online marketplaces, with a
strong focus on Amazon. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing,
sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure product listings are optimized,
inventory is effectively managed, and overall account performance meets or exceeds company
goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced ecommerce
environment, with a strong understanding of ecommerce performance drivers. This position
reports to the Senior eCommerce National Accounts Manager.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain day-to-day operations of ecommerce accounts, including Amazon (Seller/Vendor
Central), Walmart, Wayfair, eBay, and other platforms
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, images, keywords, A+
content) to improve visibility and conversion
  • Monitor listing health, suppressions, and compliance issues; take corrective actions as
needed
  • Track key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, Buy Box
performance, and customer feedback
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales, advertising performance, and key KPIs
  • Develop and implement content optimization strategies including keyword research and
A/B testing
  • Maintain inventory levels across marketplaces, coordinating with operations to prevent
stockouts and excess inventory
  • Assist with forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with supply chain teams
  • Support ecommerce programs, promotions, and marketing campaigns (e.g., Amazon
Vine, deals, national promotions, advertising)
  • Monitor and maintain integrations with internal systems (e.g., Salsify, ERP and
marketplace tools), troubleshooting issues as needed
  • Conduct competitive research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and growth
opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align ecommerce strategies with
business objectives
  • Support issue resolution including chargebacks, shortages, listing errors, and profitability
concerns
  • Stay up to date with major retailers’ policies, tools, and ecommerce best practices
  • Provide support for weekend coverage as needed (rotational, limited hours)
  • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, SKILLS, BACKGROUND, & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required
  • 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce or online marketplace operations
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central is preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with other marketplaces such as Walmart, eBay, or Wayfair is a plus
  • Experience with SEO and digital advertising is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Collaborative team player with cross-functional communication skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving performance targets
