Background on AppraiseItNow

AppraiseItNow is a tech-enabled appraisal services company that streamlines the valuation process for individuals, businesses, and institutions. We deliver USPAP-compliant appraisals across a wide range of asset types through a network of independent appraisers; everything from fine art and furniture to inventory and equipment. Our goal is to provide fast, accurate, and legally defensible valuation reports.

The company was founded in 2022 and was acquired by an existing minority partner in November 2024. Since the acquisition, the business has grown 8X through improved sales processes, systems, and automation. We invest aggressively in technology on both the sales and fulfillment sides, and much of our day-to-day work is supported by AI agents that handle repetitive tasks like data entry, project routing, and communication drafting. This means our team spends its time on judgment, quality, and client relationships rather than busywork.

About the Role

As a Client Success Associate, you will be a core part of our Client Success team. You'll be responsible for reviewing and proofreading appraisal reports in Google Docs, managing our shared client inbox, and keeping projects moving through assignment, follow-up, and data integrity across our CRM and project management systems. Your goal will be to improve the speed and quality of our appraisal fulfillment.

Because our workflows are highly automated, this role is unusually leveraged: AI agents surface the work, prep context, and flag exceptions, and you act as the human decision layer that keeps everything accurate and moving. You'll learn how a modern, AI-native services business actually runs.

You will work directly and closely with the owner of our company and report into our Client Success Manager. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience building a business from the ground up.

Why You'll Love It Here

Fast-moving environment. We ship improvements weekly, not quarterly. You'll never be stuck waiting on layers of approval to make things better.

Real ownership and autonomy. You'll own your workflows end to end. If you see a broken process, you're empowered to fix it.

Growth opportunity. We're growing quickly. As the company scales, so does your role; strong performers here take on more responsibility fast.

Fully remote, flexible hours. Work from anywhere and structure your day around your life. We care about output more than when you are online.
