Job Title: Workday Functional Consultant

Location: 100% Remote (Dublin, OH)

Long Term Contract - W2 / C2C

Role Description: Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Recruiting modules. Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions. Design and optimize recruiting workflows, job requisitions, offer processes, and candidate experience. Provide support for Workday Recruiting issues, enhancements, and integrations. Conduct testing, training, and documentation for new features and updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Payroll, and Compensation

Essential Skills:
  • We are seeking a skilled Workday Functional Consultant specializing in Recruiting to join our HR technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Workday Recruiting modules to support talent acquisition strategies and improve candidate experience
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Recruiting modules.
  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
  • Design and optimize recruiting workflows, job requisitions, offer processes, and candidate experience.
  • Provide support for Workday Recruiting issues, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Conduct testing, training, and documentation for new features and updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Payroll, and Compensation.
Desirable Skills:
  • Workday Configuration
  • Experience in Scheduling
  • Experience in functional configuration for Scheduling includes Work Schedule Calendars, Calendar events, patterns & associated Business Process flows
  • Experience in Time & Attendance (WDTT)
  • Experience in functional configuration for Workday Timekeeping
  • Experience in Recruiting o Experience in functional configuration for Recruiting
  • Create, modify, and manage job postings, job application templates, career sites, candidate lists, and job requisitions as well configure Workday Recruiting business processes.
  • Experience in Benefits (new benefit plans & setting up passive events)
  • Experience in building new benefit plans & setting up passive events)
