  2. Guest Experience & Hospitality
    • Ensure consistent, high-quality service and hospitality at every guest touchpoint.
    • Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and kindness.
    • Maintain ambiance, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
  3. Serving/Clearing/Bartending

    • Drinks: Make simple cocktails and confidently pour and serve wine during service as needed.
    • Serving/Table Resetting: Run plates and reset tables as needed.
  4. Brand Representation & Culture
    • Menu and Wine Knowledge: Develop an extensive knowledge of the restaurant's menu items and wine list to provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
    • Flora’s Philosophy: Become well-versed in the philosophy of the Flora brand, ensuring it’s reflected in all aspects of service.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You understand what makes a restaurant feel like a great experience and how to maintain that atmosphere
  • You’re not above any task (serving, clearing, bartending) and know that details matter
  • You have appreciation and in-depth knowledge of Italian food, drinks, and culture
  • You’re familiar with POS systems and restaurant tools (we use Resy)
  • You hold a valid NYC Food Handler Certificate
