Job Summary

The Elite Job is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our expanding virtual travel support team. As a Virtual Travel Booking Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with travel arrangements, hospitality services, and booking management. You will support clients remotely by providing guidance on travel packages, hotel reservations, and itinerary customization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to travel bookings via phone, email, chat, and social media.

  • Assist with hotel reservations, flight bookings, travel package modifications, and cancellations.

  • Recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and transportation options tailored to client needs.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, promotions, and hospitality offerings.

  • Ensure an exceptional level of customer service by resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Coordinate with hospitality partners and vendors to secure bookings and manage changes.
