The Post Oak Group is seeking a Virtual Assistant (Customer Support & Social Media) to support daily operations, client communication, and digital engagement across the firm.

This role is responsible for maintaining timely, professional communication with clients and prospects, while supporting internal administrative workflows. The position requires a highly responsive, detail-oriented individual who can operate independently in a remote environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple communication channels in a fast-paced setting.

  • *Role Overview**
As a Virtual Assistant, you will serve as a primary point of contact for inbound communication and assist with ongoing operational support.

This role is focused on execution and responsiveness. You will manage customer interactions, support social media engagement, and ensure consistent communication standards across all channels.

Your primary objective is to maintain efficient, professional communication and support daily business operations.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Respond to inbound inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone support
  • Provide basic customer support and escalate issues when necessary
