Role Description As a Video Game Stream Moderator at Pareto Connect, you will support live and recorded gaming content by overseeing chat interactions and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment. On a day-to-day basis, you will monitor viewer comments, enforce community guidelines, and quickly address harassment, spam, and inappropriate behavior.

You will collaborate with streamers and production teams to provide feedback on audience engagement, flag technical or content issues, and help improve the overall viewing experience. The role also involves assisting with basic stream management tasks, such as preparing moderation tools, updating tags or descriptions, and reporting trends or incidents. This is a full-time, remote role, requiring reliable internet access and the ability to work flexible hours aligned with streaming schedules.

Qualifications

  • Media and video production skills, including Video Production and Media Production, to understand the streaming workflow and support content teams effectively.
  • Post-production and editing capabilities, such as Video Editing, to assist with reviewing or refining recorded segments when needed.
  • New media and digital content familiarity, including New Media, to navigate streaming platforms and social tools confidently.
