Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic and motivated US IT Recruiter (HR) – Freshers to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to start a rewarding career in recruitment with a focus on the US IT market. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with potential candidates for IT roles across the United States. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, and a passion for building professional relationships in a fast-paced, night-shift work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and social media.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations based on client requirements.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and follow up throughout the selection process.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for future hiring needs.

  • Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to meet daily and weekly hiring goals.

  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the recruitment database.

  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the US IT recruitment market.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • High level of adaptability and eagerness to learn recruitment processes.

  • Willingness to work in the US night shift (to align with US time zones).

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Any internship or exposure in recruitment, HR, or customer service will be considered a plus.

Working Hours

  • Night Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

  • Weekend Offs: Saturday and Sunday
