Envysion's cloud-based solution integrates video systems with sales data to proactively identify potentially fraudulent transactions and optimize operations without the need to monitor hours of video footage. Our Engineering department is seeking a Software Engineer to join our growing organization.
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a Salesforce expert with extensive experience in Apex coding, Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role involves designing scalable solutions, implementing new features, and ensuring seamless integrations across Salesforce and other enterprise systems. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing Salesforce functionality, developing new features, and ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Architecture & Development:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with best practices.

  • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.

  • Provide architectural guidance and ensure that solutions are scalable, efficient, and follow Salesforce platform best practices.

Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing):

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions, including complex product configurations, pricing rules, and quote templates.

  • Optimize CPQ processes for efficiency and accuracy, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues to ensure smooth operations.

Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Expertise:

  • Customize and enhance Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet the needs of sales, service, and support teams.

  • Build and optimize workflows, approval processes, and automation to streamline business operations.

  • Provide hands-on support for end-users and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

  • Implement and customize Experience Cloud solutions to enhance customer and partner engagement through portals and communities.

Integration & Maintenance:

  • Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, etc.) using tools like MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.

  • Monitor and maintain integration performance, ensuring data integrity and seamless communication between systems.

  • Perform regular system audits, data hygiene tasks, and platform updates to ensure optimal performance.

New Functionality Development:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

  • Build and deploy new Salesforce features, applications, and enhancements using declarative and programmatic tools.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver high-quality results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certifications (preferred): Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Advanced Developer, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, or equivalent.

  • Apex Development Expertise: Strong ability to write, debug, and optimize Apex code, triggers, and classes.

  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder.

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing), including product configuration, pricing strategies, and quote automation.

  • Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including customization and process automation.

  • Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, or custom solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce development lifecycle, including sandbox management, version control, and deployments using tools like Gearset, Copado, or Change Sets.

  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and user permission management.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail

Target Base Salary Range:$100,000 USD - $110,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Note: Candidate can reside anywhere in the US.
