  • Proficient in creating test scripts, leading UAT, and validating ServiceNow functionality against agency requirements.
  • Able to translate platform capabilities into business value for both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experienced in producing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and training materials for federal audiences.
  • Comfortable leading requirements workshops, status meetings, and executive-level briefings in a government setting.
  • Understands the importance of data handling, role-based access controls, and operational security in federal systems.
  • Works effectively within multi-vendor, cross-functional teams in high-stakes government delivery environments.
  • Driven to identify inefficiencies and recommend process and platform optimizations for mission outcomes.
  • Experienced with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow Studio, and federal collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint).

Requirements:

  • US Citizen; Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one
  • Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in a government or federal consulting environment
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including familiarity with common modules and functionality
