Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver live, engaging, and concept-based online classes using Unacademys tools and virtual platforms.

  • Create and curate lesson plans, digital teaching content, quizzes, and assignments aligned with the relevant curriculum or exam pattern.

  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide feedback to students to aid their progress.

  • Evaluate student performance through tests and ensure improvement through personalized mentoring.

  • Stay updated with current syllabus trends and competitive exam patterns.

  • Collaborate with academic teams to enhance course structure and content quality.

  • Ensure timely communication and class scheduling with students through the platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Education, or relevant disciplines.

  • Strong subject command in your chosen area (School Curriculum or Competitive Exams).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English or regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc., preferred).

  • Familiarity with digital teaching tools, whiteboards, or online platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, etc.

  • Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse student audiences.

  • Strong classroom engagement and interpersonal skills.

Experience

  • Preferred: 1–3 years of teaching or tutoring experience (offline or online).

  • Freshers with a strong academic background and teaching aptitude are also encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience teaching NEET, JEE, UPSC, or other competitive exams will be a significant advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible scheduling with options to teach morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend batches.

  • Minimum commitment of 10–15 hours per week for part-time roles.
