Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote DevOps Assistant to join our technology operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, and system reliability. You will assist senior DevOps engineers in managing cloud environments, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and supporting deployment processes for various applications. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the DevOps team in maintaining and improving continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

  • Assist in the configuration and monitoring of cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.

  • Collaborate with developers and system administrators to ensure smooth application deployments.

  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving system or deployment-related issues.

  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.
