Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to inquiries and complaints.

  • Assist customers with product or service-related questions, technical issues, and order processing.

  • Communicate clearly in both Hindi and English to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
