Dice is seeking an experienced Adobe Target Consultant with a strong background in experimentation development and personalization for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will act as the primary onsite point of contact for experimentation development and will lead the execution of experiments using Adobe Target while collaborating closely with various stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary onsite point of contact for experimentation development, collaborating with business stakeholders, Experimentation Program Managers (Exp PMs), and offshore teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Lead end-to-end experiment execution in Adobe Target, including setup, configuration, front-end implementation, QA, and launch support for A/B tests, MVT, Auto Target and Automated personalization activities
  • Gather and refine business and technical requirements through intake discussions, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with experimentation goals
  • Translate requirements into actionable technical solutions and development tasks, and effectively coordinate with offshore teams to drive timely and high-quality delivery
  • Develop and implement front-end experiment variations using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, including custom profile scripting for audience targeting and personalization
  • Perform QA, debugging, and validation to ensure experiments function correctly across devices, browsers, and audience conditions
  • Provide consultative guidance on experimentation design, Adobe Target best practices, and personalization strategies to improve effectiveness and scalability
  • Manage daily coordination and governance with offshore teams, including progress tracking, issue resolution, and adherence to timelines and quality standards
  • Ensure consistency, reusability, and compliance with coding standards, platform guidelines, and experimentation governance processes

Skills

  • Strong experience in Adobe Target implementation and experimentation development (7 years)
  • Hands-on expertise in: A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing (MVT), Experience Targeting (XT), Auto-Target / Auto-Personalization activities
  • Personalization and activity configuration in Adobe Target
  • Solid experience in end-to-end Adobe Target setup, including: at.js implementation and configuration, mbox setup and activity QA/validation
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (advanced level), including: DOM manipulation, Writing custom scripts for personalization
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3 for implementing front-end experiment variations
  • Strong experience in profile scripting for audience creation and targeting
  • Experience in QA, debugging, and troubleshooting of Target activities across browsers and devices
  • Understanding of client-side data flows and personalization frameworks
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementation approaches
  • Strong client-facing communication skills; ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in requirement gathering and intake discussions, including: Asking the right clarifying questions, Identifying dependencies and risks
  • Ability to work closely with: Experimentation Program Managers (Exp PMs), Product owners and business stakeholders
  • Proven experience in onsite-offshore coordination, including: Translating requirements into actionable tasks for offshore teams, Conducting daily syncs/standups and tracking progress
  • Strong ownership of end-to-end experiment delivery lifecycle (build → QA → launch)
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple experiments and priorities in an agile environment
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or modern audience solutions
  • Experience with debugging tools (e.g., browser dev tools, Adobe debugger)
  • Understanding of experiment design principles and traffic allocation logic
  • Exposure to performance optimization for client-side scripts
  • Experience working in agile/sprint-based delivery models
  • Exposure to experimentation governance and intake frameworks
  • Ability to provide consultative recommendations on experiment feasibility and personalization strategy
  • Experience working in onsite roles with distributed/global teams
  • Familiarity with retail/e-commerce or high-traffic digital environments
