The Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) team delivers SME&C growth and market share across AI Business Solutions, Cloud & AI Platforms, and Security by capturing total addressable market (TAM) and accelerating cloud growth at scale through our top Channel Sales partners.

 

Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) is building the technical engine for partner-led growth across ASEAN. Our team works with strategic partners to turn Microsoft Cloud and AI priorities into repeatable services, validated offers, specialization progress, co-sell execution, and measurable revenue impact. In FY27, the work is anchored on helping partners become Frontier-ready: shaping the technical direction, building hands-on capability, and scaling partner-led execution through offers that customers can buy, deploy, and expand.

As a Partner Solution Architect in GCPS, focused on Data & AI, you will lead technical strategy and execution with priority partners across ASEAN, helping them build profitable, repeatable Microsoft Cloud and AI services that scale through the channel. You will work at the intersection of partner strategy, architecture depth, offer development, and co-sell execution, translating business priorities into technical roadmaps, validated offers, and partner-led customer outcomes.


This opportunity will allow you to deepen your technical leadership across Microsoft Cloud and AI, build senior-level partner influence, and operate as a trusted advisor to partner CTOs, practice leaders, and Microsoft field stakeholders. You will help partners move from enablement to execution: building capability, activating specializations, landing offers in market, and converting technical work into measurable business impact. This role is based in ASEAN and supports flexible work in line with Microsoft local policy.

  • Guide Solution Development & Activation - You’ll lead the development and activation of new or enhanced partner offerings that align with Microsoft Cloud priorities. Your focus will be on ensuring these solutions are robust, scalable, secure, and tailored to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Empower Innovation - You’ll run technical innovation workshops, tech briefings, and envisioning sessions to build technical intensity across partner teams. By collaborating with engineering and product teams, you’ll help accelerate the adoption of emerging technologies and shape partner offerings that align with both business goals and technical requirements.
  • Strategic Sales Enablement - You’ll play a key role in activating transformational deals by providing architectural guidance, resolving technical blockers, and enhancing solution design. Your work will directly contribute to workload consumption and revenue impact.
  • Champion Technical Excellence - You’ll guide partners through architecture design sessions, proof-of-concepts, and MVP builds. You’ll ensure that solutions follow Microsoft’s Cloud and AI best practices and are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Thought Leadership & Stakeholder Management - You’ll build long-term engagements with strategic partners, influencing their adoption of Microsoft technologies. You’ll develop deep technical relationships with CXOs and foster executive alignment to support joint success.
  • Partner Enablement & Business Acumen - You’ll coach broader partner technical teams to ensure pre-sales, deployment, and consumption are embedded in solution development. You’ll help partners build resilience to technical challenges, navigate competitive landscapes, and translate technical concepts into business value.

Technology Responsibilities:


  • Guide partners to build capability across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agents, Power Platform and AI Workforce solutions so they can independently lead customer AI transformation.
  • Guide partners to create repeatable offers for Copilot, Copilot Studio, employee productivity, business process automation and agentic AI that can be packaged, sold and delivered consistently at scale.
  • Accelerate adoption of Microsoft AI Workforce platforms including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Agents through technical strategy, architecture guidance and readiness programmes.
  • Drive ecosystem growth and customer impact by enabling partners to build differentiated AI Workforce solutions, deepen technical expertise and create sustainable revenue streams aligned to Microsoft's Copilot and AI priorities.


Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting 
  • OR master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 3+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in cloud architecture, solution design, and partner enablement, particularly in large-scale or global engagements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical innovation workshops, architecture reviews, and build-to-consume engagements with partners
  • Technical certification in Microsoft Azure, Security, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, AI, Data, or related cloud technologies.
  • Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, distributors, service providers, or managed service providers across ASEAN or multi-country markets.
  • Strong understanding of partner economics, including how partners build profitable services, scale delivery capacity, activate specializations, and convert technical capability into repeatable offers and revenue.
