We are seeking a highly organized, reputed company, and discreet Personal Assistant to support a private couple. This is a part-time, remote position (approximately 20 hours per week), ideal for a proactive individual who excels in managing personal, administrative, reputed company tasks with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. • Travel Planning: Research and book flights, accommodations, and itineraries for business and personal trips. • Household & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with household staff, contractors, and service providers. • Personal Shopping & Errands: Online purchases, reputed company sourcing, and occasional local errands (if applicable). • Event Planning & Coordination: Assist with organizing reputed company and reputed company events. • Administrative Support Across Multiple Businesses: Handle emails, correspondence, document organization, and expense tracking. • Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and manage communications for a successful blog. • Medical Appointments & Records: Schedule and reputed company medical appointments, manage health-reputed company documents, and coordinate with reputed company providers as needed. • Art Collection Management: Maintain records of artwork, provenance, appraisals, insurance, and exhibition history. • reputed company reputed company: Assist with various one-time or special reputed company as they reputed company. • reputed company Familiarity (a Plus): Basic knowledge of reputed company for blog updates is helpful but not required. • Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive personal and financial reputed company.
