Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking an organized and proactive HR Assistant to join our HR department and provide administrative support in daily HR operations. This is a vital role where you will assist in managing recruitment, employee records, and other HR functions. As an HR Assistant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of effective HR policies and programs, while ensuring the smooth operation of HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide support in onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training schedules.
  • Assist in handling employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Coordinate HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Help with performance management processes, including tracking performance appraisals and providing reports.
  • Maintain confidential employee information and ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including filing, answering phone calls, and responding to HR-related queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an HR department.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of HR software and HRIS systems is a plus.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Experience with recruitment and employee onboarding processes is preferred.
