Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Scheduler/Coordinator for our night shift and on-call services. As a Scheduler/Coordinator, you will oversee the scheduling of caregivers, manage client needs, and provide support to both clients and staff during night shifts. Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and coordinate caregiver assignments based on client needs, caregiver availability, and shift requirements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers and clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring clear communication at all times.
  • Client Support: Assess and understand client needs, preferences, and care requirements, ensuring appropriate caregiver matches.
  • Crisis Management: Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively, including last-minute caregiver cancellations or client emergencies.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver assignments, client interactions, and service changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
