Content & Creative Assistant (Part-Time | Los Angeles)

We're looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Content & Creative Assistant to support a fashion and lifestyle creator. If you have a great eye for aesthetics, love social media, and enjoy helping bring content ideas to life, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and executing content shoots.

• Film short-form content and capture high-quality photos for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.

• Help prepare for shoots by organizing outfits, props, products, and locations.

• Maintain content calendars, shot lists, and filming schedules.

• Provide light administrative support, including email communication and scheduling.

• Package and ship PR packages, product returns, and other deliveries.

• Run occasional errands and provide general support related to content creation and day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For

• Based in the Los Angeles area with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, lighting, and camera angles.

• Organized, dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable communicating professionally via email.

• Passionate about fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and social media.

• Flexible schedule and comfortable working in person during content shoots and occasional errands.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience creating content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.

• Familiarity with current social media trends and creator workflows.

• Experience with CapCut, Lightroom, Canva, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar tools.

• Previous experience supporting a content creator, influencer, photographer, or creative business.
