Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sports Agent to join our team and elevate the careers of talented athletes. In this role, you will serve as a dedicated advocate, negotiator, and strategist, working to secure the best opportunities, contracts, and endorsements for your clients. Your professional approach will help build strong relationships across the sports industry, while your transparent communication ensures athletes are well-informed and empowered at every step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts, endorsement deals, and sponsorship agreements that maximize value for clients.
  • Oversee talent management activities, including career planning, personal branding, and public relations strategy.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts by recruiting promising athletes and identifying emerging talent across a range of sports disciplines.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans that promote athletes' personal brands and professional achievements.
  • Manage athletes' social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement through strategic content and campaigns.
  • Handle agency management tasks such as client onboarding, contract administration, and compliance monitoring.
  • Coordinate business development efforts by identifying partnership opportunities and securing high-value deals for clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand building within the sports or entertainment industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated track record of closing favorable deals and agreements.
  • Working knowledge of talent management practices, including career development and public relations.
  • Experience in agency operations or talent acquisition is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with contracts, marketing strategy, sales techniques, and recruiting methods relevant to sports professionals.
  • A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a remote, results-driven environment.
